1. Agreement to Terms

PredictPro ("the Service") is owned and operated by Changing Bit, LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Changing Bit," "we," "us," or "our"), with its principal place of business at 3800 Bridgeport Way West, Suite A-424, University Place, WA 98466, USA. By becoming a member — whether by registering an account, signing in, purchasing a reading, or otherwise using the Service — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all terms, rules, policies, and conditions set by Changing Bit, LLC, now or in the future. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not become a member or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. PredictPro reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

3. Amusement Only — Not for Life Direction

PredictPro provides astrological, tarot, numerological, and other divination-based readings powered by artificial intelligence. Members agree and understand that all readings, predictions, interpretations, and findings are provided solely for amusement, entertainment, and personal reflection — and not for life direction. They are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, psychological, or any other matter, and must never be relied upon as such.

No Life Decisions: You agree not to base significant life decisions — including matters of health, medicine, finance, investments, employment, relationships, marriage, relocation, or safety — on any reading or content from the Service. Life choices should always be informed by qualified professionals and your own judgment.

If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, or other emergency, do not consult the Service. Contact a licensed professional or emergency services (in the U.S., call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By signing in or using the Service, members agree that PredictPro has no liability whatsoever for any actions members may take as a result of, in response to, or in reliance upon any reading, prediction, guidance, or content obtained through the Service.

PredictPro, its owners, operators, administrator, affiliates, and agents shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, reliance upon, or interpretation of any reading, prediction, guidance, or content provided through this Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release and hold harmless PredictPro from any and all claims arising from such actions, and you assume all risk associated with acting upon or interpreting the information received.

5. AI-Generated Content

Readings are generated by artificial intelligence using automated processes. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or unpredictable, and does not represent the views, knowledge, or guarantees of any human practitioner. Any resemblance of predictions to actual future events is coincidental. You acknowledge this limitation and accept that readings may vary from session to session.

6. Member Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. PredictPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Photo & Image Uploads

Certain readings (such as palm, tea leaf, and aura readings) require you to upload a photograph. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the image or have the right to submit it, that it depicts you (or content you are entitled to submit), and that its submission does not violate any law or third-party right.

You grant PredictPro a limited license to process, analyze, and store the uploaded image solely to provide your reading. Uploaded images are stored securely, are visible only within your own account, and may be deleted at your request. Do not upload images containing other people, minors, or personal information you do not wish to be analyzed. Uploads are transmitted for AI analysis and are subject to the privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain features require payment. All fees are displayed before purchase; prices are in U.S. dollars and, where applicable, exclude sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) using your payment method on file, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard ("Manage Billing") — cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your access active through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds: If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription charge for a full refund. Renewal charges may be refunded within 7 days if the Service was barely or never used, at our discretion. Prepaid credit packs are refundable within 14 days if entirely unused, or pro-rata for any unused balance. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; card numbers are never stored on our servers.

Chargebacks: Please contact us before disputing a charge — billing issues are resolved faster directly, and disputes filed while a refund request is pending may result in account suspension until resolved.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent
• Share account credentials with others
• Upload images of third parties without their consent
• Submit content that is abusive, hateful, or obscene
• Automate or script question submissions to abuse the system

10. Intellectual Property

All content on PredictPro — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the cosmic branding — is the property of PredictPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PREDICTPRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PREDICTPRO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, and members consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Members waive any objection to such venue, including claims of inconvenient forum. Before filing suit, please contact us at the address below and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service and applicable law evolve. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or prominent notice within the Service before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you may cancel and stop using the Service.
